North American Trailer Continues Expansion in Southern California with Acquisition of High Tech Diesel Repair in Fontana, California

North American Trailer LLC, Salt Lake City, Utah, has announced the asset acquisition of High Tech Diesel Repair in Fontana, California effective March 1, 2013.

Previously, in May, 2011, North American Trailer (NAT) acquired Quality Fleet Repair, Fontana, California. Additionally, in January 2012, North American acquired S & G Truck Services in West Sacramento, California.

Pierre Lamarche, President of High Tech Diesel Repair said, “North American Trailer offers the customers of High Tech diesel Repair a much larger range of goods and services. Our combined company now provides a complete maintenance and repair solution to transportation companies operating throughout the state. We expect this merger to greatly enhance our ability to service large fleets as well as continue to care for the individual owner/operator even more efficiently than we have in the past.”

Mr. Lamarche is an industry veteran who has been in the transportation services industry for 37 years and founded High Tech Diesel Repair in 2005, added further “On a personal level, I am looking forward to leading an important growth area within a vibrant and growing company”. “North American Trailer is growing by providing a wide range of products and services to a market which depends on its vendor base for new and better solutions.” He said.

Mr. Lamarche will remain with the new company, directing the growth and expansion of its customer service operation as Operations Manager from his new location at 10641 Mulberry Street in Fontana. This is a new facility for NAT as well, and sits adjacent to its core Southern California facility. Combined, this 9-plus acre facility is the largest after-market truck and trailer repair location in Southern California and is less than two miles from the intersection of Interstate 10 and Interstate 15, widely regarded as one of the busiest freight intersections in North America.
